Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for analyzing trading, risk, and reference data across asset classes.
• Collaborate with trading desks, risk managers, and compliance teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and automate tools to improve trade lifecycle processes, reconciliation, and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to the modernization of post-trade operations with evolving regulatory requirements. Exposure to regulatory themes like Dodd-Frank, T+1, or Basel frameworks is a plus
• Document technical specifications, data definitions, and control procedures to support governance and transparency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4 8 years of experience in capital markets, ideally within trading, risk, or operations functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives, as well as the trade lifecycle.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or T+1 settlement initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
