Essential Skills
14+ years of experience in technology leadership within capital markets.
Strong expertise in front office, middle office, and back-office operations.
Profound understanding of the Trade Life Cycle of Securities, Order/Execution Management Systems, Algorithmic Trading, etc.
Experience with regulatory reporting encompassing both financial and non-financial reporting requirements.
A robust foundation in financial products across asset classes - Equities, Fixed Income, Currency, and Derivatives.
Exposure in one or more domains within Capital Markets and Asset Management such as Trading Operations, Securities Operations, Wealth/Asset Management Operations, Prime Brokerage Operations, Trust Operations, Custody, Clearing and Settlement, Automated Clearing House facilities, Investment Compliance, Trade and Market Surveillance, Conduct Risk, or other relevant domain areas.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead
Understanding of Generative AI and AI/ML concepts
Good to Have
Experience with consulting and strategic advisory roles.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
Certification in advanced project management (PgMP, Portfolio Management Professional).
Essential Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
