Associate Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Generate regular, accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders And Presentations

• Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources (ERP systems, accounting software, databases) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, often using tools like Excel macros or Power BI, to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.

• Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial modeling exercises.

• Providing Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk management efforts.

• Will be responsible for payments approvals and checking the documents

• The operations will be purely related to Mozambique Unit

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years core finance & accounting experience.
• Education: ICWAI/CMA Inter, CA Inter, MBA or M. Com

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and potentially Macros/VBA).

• Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or Tally).
• Experience in handling Mozambique region would be a plus.
