Meetings will review approved forecasted Demand Plan with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Supply/Inventory/Production Plan. Review MRP data and help drive planning and production scheduling activities through MRP Pull data to support continuous improvement opportunities by root cause analysis process and the development of corrective actions to address variances in Supply Chain Performance (e. g. Service Levels). Support analysis of the value chain supplying products within your SBU and look for optimization opportunities. Ability to implement High Availability, Workload Management and Fail Over, Disaster recovery and performance tuning. Responsible for managing and supporting Oracle APPS database platforms/ Instances. Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining database instances Recommending and implementing database security policies/patches Recommending and implementing database backup, recovery, and redundancy strategies Implementing automated monitoring to ensure proactive handing of issues. Working independently to perform database performance analysis, capacity planning, system sizing and ongoing maintenance. Recommending best practices and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Should have sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors, and systems administrators. Should be able to work independently on P1 issues and prepare RCA documents. Mandatory Skills(2-3)ONLY Oracle Apps DBA
