Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Canteen Shift Incharge located in Manesar Powertrain. The Canteen Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the canteen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Tasks include managing staff schedules, handling supplies and inventory, maintaining health and safety regulations, and resolving customer service issues. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Experience in Food Quality Management and Hygiene Strong skills in Staff Management and Scheduling Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Coordination Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations in food service Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Previous experience in a food service role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or related field Show more Show less
