Campus Recruitment Lead

Role Overview: As the Campus Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top talent. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with universities, organizing recruiting events, and overseeing the internship and entry-level hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals - Foster and sustain relationships with Tier I and II universities and student organizations - Coordinate campus recruitment events, both off-campus and on-campus interviews - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand multiple hiring needs and job requirements - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and various entry-level positions - Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition - Solid understanding of campus recruitment best practices and trends - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Additional Details: Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a strategic recruitment role, familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.,
