Job Summary

Campus Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Campus Hiring & Recruitment

  • Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment programs for BE/BTech, MBA, and other graduate hires
  • Coordinate with

    college placement officers, faculty, and student coordinators

    to schedule hiring drives
  • Manage hiring across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 institutions
  • Conduct pre-placement talks (PPTs) and campus engagement sessions

Interviewing & Assessment

  • Conduct

    initial screening, technical interviews, and behavioral interviews

    for graduate and entry-level roles
  • Design, administer, and evaluate

    online/offline technical tests, aptitude tests, and coding assessments

  • Coordinate panel interviews with technical and business stakeholders
  • Ensure fair, unbiased, and structured interview processes

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute campus

    employer branding strategies

  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and career seminars
  • Create engaging content for PPTs, social media, and campus communication
  • Build long-term relationships to position the organization as an employer of choice

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring forecasts
  • Liaise with assessment vendors, ATS providers, and background verification agencies
  • Manage offer rollouts, candidate communication, and joining coordination

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track hiring metrics such as offer-to-join ratio, time-to-hire, campus ROI
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Continuously improve campus hiring processes and candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience in

    campus recruitment and graduate hiring

  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Experience coordinating with

    placement cells and academic institutions

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campuses and hiring cycles simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for

    engineering, IT, or technical roles

  • Knowledge of coding platforms, assessment tools, and psychometric testing
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Darwinbox, Workday)
  • Employer branding or early-career marketing experience
