Link Building Expert E-commerce & SaaS Focus

Job Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Link Building Expert with hands-on experience in acquiring high-quality backlinks for eCommerce and SaaS businesses. The candidate must have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, off-page strategies, and technical aspects that impact link equity and site authority. Youll work across multiple projects to build and execute scalable, white-hat link acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute white-hat link building strategies for eCommerce and SaaS websites.
• Perform backlink audits, competitor link gap analysis, and authority benchmarking using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
• Develop outreach campaigns: guest posting, resource page link building, broken link building, unlinked brand mentions, HARO, etc.
• Identify and qualify high-authority link prospects across niches.
• Craft personalized outreach pitches that drive conversion.
• Monitor link quality, placement integrity, and anchor text distribution.
• Track and report link acquisition metrics, domain authority improvements, and referral traffic growth.
• Collaborate with the content team for creation of linkable assets (blog posts, infographics, tools, etc.).
• Work with SEO and dev teams to ensure backlinks support broader technical SEO and keyword goals.
• Stay updated with Google’s link-related algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in link building with a focus on eCommerce and SaaS websites.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, particularly off-page and authority-building strategies.
• Proficiency in link analysis tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and ability to assess linking structures on these platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, with the ability to identify technical linking issues.
• Demonstrated success in building high-quality, relevant, and scalable backlinks.
• Excellent written communication for personalized outreach and pitch creation.
• Ability to manage multiple link-building campaigns simultaneously with structured reporting.
