Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Plan, script, record, and produce high-quality YouTube videos focused on: Cloud Migration (Azure, AWS, GCP) Microsoft 365 Migration Data Migration frameworks Data Engineering & ETL Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift Salesforce & ServiceNow consulting AI / ML integration in enterprise systems Develop content calendars aligned with monthly campaigns. Conduct market and keyword research to identify trending technical topics. Convert complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content. Video Production Handle end-to-end production: scripting, voiceovers, filming, editing, animation, motion graphics. Use tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Canva, Descript, OBS, or Camtasia. Create explainers, tutorials, customer success stories, case studies, product walkthroughs, and thought-leadership videos. Audience Growth & Optimization Optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, chapters, and descriptions for SEO. Drive subscriber and viewer growth using YouTube analytics. Understand YouTube algorithm best practices for retention, watch time, and click-through rate. Repurpose long-form videos into shorts, reels, and social clips. Technical Understanding Demonstrate strong understanding of: Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) Data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake API integrations, ETL, pipelines SaaS platforms: Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, M365 Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy. Brand & Marketing Collaboration Work with the marketing team to align YouTube content with lead-generation campaigns. Support sales enablement with video content (demo videos, capability overviews). Maintain consistent brand voice, quality, and design across all videos. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience creating YouTube or digital video content, ideally in the tech, SaaS, or IT services domain. Strong understanding of B2B audiences and enterprise technology buyers. Ability to simplify complex tech topics for non-technical viewers. Expertise in video editing and motion graphics. Experience with YouTube SEO, analytics, keyword research, and audience growth strategies. Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines. Good To Have Experience working in IT consulting or cloud/data engineering teams. Background in technical writing or developer advocacy. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo). Ability to host on-camera and present confidently. Experience creating webinars, podcasts, and live-stream content.
