About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  paid media campaigns

  across

  YouTube Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Manage and optimize

  monthly ad spends in excess of $100K

  , ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
• Develop and execute

  growth strategies

  tailored for

  D2C eCommerce brands

  and

  SaaS businesses

  .
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Own end-to-end campaign management: from setup and tracking to reporting and optimization.
  
• Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
  
• Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR) and proactively recommend improvements.
  
• Stay up to date with

  industry trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes

  .
• Build

  scalable playbooks

  for campaign execution and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience

  in digital advertising with a strong focus on

  YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

  .
• Proven experience handling

  budgets of $100K+ per month

  .
• Strong expertise in

  D2C eCommerce

  and

  SaaS growth marketing

  .
• Deep understanding of

  media buying, attribution models, and tracking tools

  (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools

  .
• Strong creative testing background with the ability to guide content strategy for ads.
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
  
• Certification in

  Google Ads / Meta Blueprint

  is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling

  international campaigns

  across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with

  affiliate, influencer, and programmatic advertising
