B2B Lead Generation Expert

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, create, optimize and scale

    Google Ads Search campaigns

    focused on

    B2B data migration services

    .
  • Build keyword strategies for terms like:

    Migrate to M365, Google Workspace to M365 migration, Email migration to Office 365, “Enterprise data migration services”, “NetSuite to QuickBooks migration”, etc.

  • Manage

    Display, Remarketing & Performance Max

    campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • Optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate

Lead Generation

  • Generate

    high-intent qualified leads

    from

    US, UK, Europe & North America

    .
  • Build campaigns to attract companies looking to migrate data from

    any platform/source into M365

    .
  • Use conversion tracking, call tracking, and landing page A/B testing to improve lead quality.
  • Ensure leads are validated, high-intent, and match ICP (IT managers, CTOs, CIOs, Finance heads).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Daily/weekly monitoring and optimisation of campaigns.
  • Analyze data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • Prepare ROI & performance reports for leadership.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Identify keywords, ad copies, and landing page strategies used by competitors (AvePoint, SkyKick, BitTitan, CloudAlly, CloudM).
  • Suggest new campaign ideas, funnels and creatives based on demand trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B Google Ads.
  • Must have worked in an IT services company (preferably cloud, data migration, MSP, SaaS, or Microsoft Partner).
  • Prior experience generating leads from US, UK, Europe or North America.
  • Strong command over:
  • Google Search Ads
  • Keyword Planner
  • GA4
  • Conversion tracking
  • Landing page optimization
  • Ability to run mid–high ticket B2B campaigns ($70–$300 CPL).
  • Understanding of M365, Google Workspace, cloud migration, data platforms.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience creating funnels using HubSpot / Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads for B2B cloud buyers.
  • Understanding of tools like BitTitan, SkyKick, AvePoint, CloudAlly.
