This team’s purpose is to elevate the impact of the Hub by embedding performance excellence into everything we do. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic vision and creative direction of integrated campaigns to ensure alignment with our brand’s purpose and drive audience engagement.
- Proactively identify or shape opportunities for high-impact campaign involvement by leveraging insights and collaborating closely with account managers.
- Develop bold, insight-driven strategic concepts grounded in data, audience research, and market trends.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable briefs, moving seamlessly from stakeholder brief to strategic framework to creative execution brief.
- Build and nurture effective partnerships with external agencies to enhance creative output and scale impact across campaigns.
- Inspire and elevate domain teams to deliver creative work.
- Lead holistic quality control for strategic projects, ensuring creative excellence, strategic alignment, and brand consistency from concept through execution.
- You will primarily collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Domain specialists, and regularly participate in stakeholder meetings to present your direction and concepts.

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred background: Candidates with a strong M&C agency or strategic campaign management background are preferred.
