Campaign Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Positioning & Storytelling → Crafting brand narratives that emotionally connect with customers.
• Creative Campaign Development → Designing out-of-the-box marketing campaigns for digital & offline channels.
• Market & Consumer Research → Understanding Gen Z, millennials, or niche audiences and creating strategies tailored to them.
• Content Strategy → Planning themes, campaigns, and creatives across social media, ads, influencer marketing, etc.
• Innovation in Formats → Experimenting with new trends (AI tools, reels, UGC, interactive content, AR/VR, gamification).
• Collaboration → Working with designers, copywriters, media planners, and performance marketers to execute big ideas.
• Performance Tracking → Measuring campaign impact (brand awareness, engagement, conversions).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
