Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Campaign Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Campaign Executive, you will play a key role in running and managing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms including email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Google, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of business goals and a passion for digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) to meet business objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure they are achieving the desired performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling and engaging ad creatives, email templates, and SMS/WhatsApp messages
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Stay curious and proactive about emerging marketing tools, strategies, and trends to improve campaign execution


Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging content and innovative campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Strong business understanding and a focus on achieving KPIs and ROI
  • Fast learner who is eager to grow and adapt to new tools and technologies
