Campaign Executive CRM & Retention

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute multi-channel

  customer engagement campaigns

  (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, In-App)
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful creatives and messaging.
• Segment audiences based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as delivery, open, click, and conversion rates.
• Manage CRM tools like

  Gupshup, WebEngage, MoEngageWebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap

  , or similar platforms
• Design and implement automated journeys, triggers, and workflows for personalized communications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze campaign results and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  

Must-Have KGupshup,nowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools
• Solid understanding of key communication metrics:

  delivery rate

  ,

  open rate, CTR, conversions

• Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting (preferred)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tight deadlines effectively
  

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
• Experience with

  A/B testing

  , journey building, and campaign optimization
• Exposure to eCommerce or mobile app user behavior
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel or tools like Looker Studio
