What you'd Do?

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, IVR, Email).
  • Work with internal teams to ensure campaign assets (e.g., contents, data, visuals) are ready for distribution.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with customer success, and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
  • Support the development of targeted campaign strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and audience insights, which can help refine campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activities.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Assist in the development of messaging strategies to engage customers and increase brand loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to campaigns on ticketing tool or other platforms.

What You'd Have?

  • A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of performance and content marketing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
