Campaign Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a Campaign Executive to manage day-to-day customer communication campaigns across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. The role involves setting up campaigns, coordinating with teams/vendors, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Upload and launch approved templates as per compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Track campaign performance (delivery, bounce rates, CTR, engagement).
• Maintain daily and campaign-wise reports.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and timelines.
• Highlight issues/delays to the Campaign Manager with proper documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with bulk messaging/campaign tools.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Understanding of customer communication compliance guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Experience Required

2 4 years in campaign execution, digital marketing operations, or CRM coordination.

Preferred Tools/Platforms

• CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, CRMNext, MS Dynamics).
• Campaign tools (Gupshup, Kaleyra, Adobe, CleverTap).
• WhatsApp Business APIs.
• MS Excel, basic analytics.

Preferred Certifications

Digital Marketing certifications (advantage).
