Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods & Turbhe) Working Days: 6 days (Work from Office) Qualification: Graduate Role Summary We are looking for a Campaign Executive to manage day-to-day customer communication campaigns across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. The role involves setting up campaigns, coordinating with teams/vendors, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple platforms. Upload and launch approved templates as per compliance and regulatory guidelines. Track campaign performance (delivery, bounce rates, CTR, engagement). Maintain daily and campaign-wise reports. Work with business teams to gather requirements and timelines. Highlight issues/delays to the Campaign Manager with proper documentation. Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards. Skills & Qualifications Strong coordination and communication skills. Experience with bulk messaging/campaign tools. Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Understanding of customer communication compliance guidelines. Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Experience Required 2 4 years in campaign execution, digital marketing operations, or CRM coordination. Preferred Tools/Platforms CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, CRMNext, MS Dynamics). Campaign tools (Gupshup, Kaleyra, Adobe, CleverTap). WhatsApp Business APIs. MS Excel, basic analytics. Preferred Certifications Digital Marketing certifications (advantage).
