Job Title: WhatsApp/SMS Campaign Executor

Location: Pune

6 days working from office

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute WhatsApp/SMS marketing campaigns as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with the WhatsApp/SMS solution partner for account setup, approvals, and campaign configurations.
• Manage campaign workflows, message templates, and ensure compliance with WhatsApp/SMS Business policies.
• Segment and manage customer lists for effective targeting.
• Whitelist the content received from the business
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and business teams to finalize creatives and messaging.
• Track budgets and ensure optimal utilization of messaging credits.
• Handle scheduling, tracking, and troubleshooting campaign delivery issues.
• Ensure data privacy and adherence to internal governance and compliance guidelines.
• Work on continuous process improvement to reduce execution turnaround time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in campaign execution or digital marketing (experience with WhatsApp/SMS/engagement platforms like (vilpower, Infobip, TCL Kaleriya preferred).
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API or messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of campaign management tools and customer engagement.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DLT regulations and messaging compliance (preferred).
