Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive WhatsApp/SMS Campaign Executor to manage and execute targeted WhatsApp/SMS campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of communications to customers. Job Title: WhatsApp/SMS Campaign Executor Location: Pune 6 days working from office Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute WhatsApp/SMS marketing campaigns as per business requirements. Coordinate with the WhatsApp/SMS solution partner for account setup, approvals, and campaign configurations. Manage campaign workflows, message templates, and ensure compliance with WhatsApp/SMS Business policies. Segment and manage customer lists for effective targeting. Whitelist the content received from the business Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and share actionable insights. Collaborate with content, design, and business teams to finalize creatives and messaging. Track budgets and ensure optimal utilization of messaging credits. Handle scheduling, tracking, and troubleshooting campaign delivery issues. Ensure data privacy and adherence to internal governance and compliance guidelines. Work on continuous process improvement to reduce execution turnaround time. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in campaign execution or digital marketing (experience with WhatsApp/SMS/engagement platforms like (vilpower, Infobip, TCL Kaleriya preferred). Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API or messaging platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of campaign management tools and customer engagement. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of DLT regulations and messaging compliance (preferred).
