Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Executive CRM & Retention to lead the end-to-end execution of customer communication campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications, and In-App messages. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through targeted, data-driven messaging and lifecycle automation. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel customer engagement campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, In-App) Collaborate with design and content teams to develop impactful creatives and messaging. Segment audiences based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history. Track and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as delivery, open, click, and conversion rates. Manage CRM tools like Gupshup, WebEngage, MoEngageWebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap , or similar platforms Design and implement automated journeys, triggers, and workflows for personalized communications. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulatory requirements. Analyze campaign results and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Must-Have KGupshup,nowledge, Skills & Abilities: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools Solid understanding of key communication metrics: delivery rate , open rate, CTR, conversions Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting (preferred) Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tight deadlines effectively Good to Have: Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Experience with A/B testing , journey building, and campaign optimization Exposure to eCommerce or mobile app user behavior Basic data analysis skills using Excel or tools like Looker Studio

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM tools and a strong marketing mindset to drive creative and effective engagement strategies. Utilize CleverTap, Gupshup, or other CRM tools to set up, track, and optimize campaigns. Create and manage customer journeys and chatbots to enhance communication effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and audience needs. Ensure timely execution of campaigns with a focus on personalization and automation. Requirements: 0 - 1.5 years of experience in campaign execution and customer engagement. Educational background in marketing or a related field. Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM platforms is a plus. Strong marketing perspective with the ability to think creatively while executing campaigns. Basic analytical skills & strong excel skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Position: Campaign Executive Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods & Turbhe) Role Summary: The Campaign Executive plays a crucial role in executing daily customer communication campaigns (SMS, Email, WhatsApp). This role supports operational setup, monitors live campaign execution, and maintains key reports while coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Set up and launch approved campaigns on various communication platforms in coordination with internal teams, external vendors and DLT portal. Ensure campaign templates are implemented STRICTLY as per regulatory guidelines and internal approvals. Track campaign delivery status, bounce rates, click-throughs, and basic engagement metrics. Maintain day-wise and campaign-wise performance reports. Coordinate with internal business teams for input collation and timelines. Escalate issues or delays to the Campaign Manager with relevant documentation. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and compliance norms. Skills and Qualifications: Good communication and coordination skills Understanding of bulk messaging tools or campaign software Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting Basic awareness of regulatory guidelines on customer communication Ability to multitask and manage operational timelines Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years in campaign execution or digital marketing coordination Tools/Platforms Knowledge: CRM systems (SFDC /MS Dynamics / CRMNext / ZOHO etc. preferred) Campaign management tools (Gupshup, Kaleyra, Adobe, CleverTap etc.) WhatsApp Business APIs Excel and basic analytics Preferred Certifications: Digital marketing certification will be a plus Interested candidate can apply : Raksha.More@Digitide.com
