About the Team:

We are looking for curious, dynamic, and driven individuals (freshers or early-career professionals) to join us as Campaign Associates. If you keep up with politics, enjoy brainstorming fresh ideas, and want to make a real-world impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the ideation, design and execution of campaigns across multiple channels (on-ground, digital, events).
• Assist in creating communication material, outreach plans, and digital content for a campaign strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Ideate, monitor campaigns, draft out a new document, and suggest enhancements to the existing ones.

• Brings fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
• Has a learner’s mindset and is always up for challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong communication skills, especially in writing effectively in both English and Hindi.

Preferred Background:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience (all streams welcome).
• Comfortable with digital workspace, social media platforms, and basic documentation.
• Prior exposure to campaigns, student politics, event management, or social initiatives is a plus (not mandatory).
