📋 Role Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller who will be responsible for calling and nurturing leads from Odisha and Jharkhand, explaining the benefits of solar, and assisting in appointment setting for the Sales team. This is a crucial customer-facing role, and fluency in Odia is mandatory . 🧾 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads from Meta Ads, PM Surya Ghar Portal, exhibitions, and WhatsApp campaigns Explain solar rooftop systems, Odisha & Jharkhand subsidies, and EMI options Handle inquiries and guide customers through the consultation booking process Coordinate site visits and follow up till the lead is converted or dropped Maintain accurate remarks and follow-up actions in CRM Coordinate internally with Sales Executives and Operations for timely closures 📌 Required Skills: Mandatory: Fluency in Odia , Hindi , and basic English Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills Good understanding of customer behavior and regional nuances Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, and CRM systems Prior experience in telecalling (solar/insurance/loans/real estate preferred) 🎓 Qualification: Minimum: 12th pass Preferred: Graduation with minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing role 💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) Attractive Incentives based on site visits/bookings scheduled Quarterly performance bonus for top performers 🚀 Growth Path at KGDC: Eligible for promotion to Sales Executive after consistent performance Training provided in solar energy, CRM usage, and customer handling Opportunity to become a Team Leader – Telecalling as the team expands Show more Show less
