We promote our sarees through YouTube and Instagram videos , attracting shop owners and wholesalers who contact us to buy directly from the manufacturer. Job Role: We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries , converting them into sales . The ideal candidate should have strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with wholesalers and shop owners and close deals efficiently . Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from potential B2B buyers (shop owners & wholesalers). Provide product details, pricing, and bulk order information. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and maintain follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with order details and leads. Coordinate with the production and packaging teams to ensure smooth order processing. Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize customer engagement.
