Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
  • Explain company services such as

    construction, interior design, or renovation

    clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain and update client databases and call records.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales or site team.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure prompt responses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project or site-related updates.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years of telecalling or customer support experience.
  • Experience in the

    construction or real estate industry

    is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and build rapport with clients.
  • Fluency in

    English, Kannada, and Hindi

    preferred.
