We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Marathi, and be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.

• Explain products or services clearly and effectively.

• Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.

• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with the sales/operations team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good command over Marathi and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience will be an advantage.
