Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an Automobile Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused services, and managing aftersales tasks. Daily responsibilities include helping customers understand the service process, providing timely updates, coordinating with the service team, and addressing customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Aftersales management
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred
