Job Description

We are in urgent requirement for (Service advisor) for cars before delivery. Please find the JD and other details as below. He must have a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in the Automotive Service industry. (Preferable from Dealership) He must have a valid four-wheeler license. Must have minimum ITI or diploma holder. He should have a minimum of 03 years of experience as a floor supervisor and he should also know the car accident insurance process and its inspection. He should be able to fix the problem by taking a test drive of the car. He should be an expert in preparing estimates for additional jobs He should have good communication skills as well as written skills. He should be able to give problem resolution when and where required.
