Role Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor, your role involves greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs. You will provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance, schedule service appointments, and follow up with customers on job status. It is your responsibility to coordinate with technicians and workshop personnel for effective workflow, ensuring timely delivery of serviced vehicles and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain service records, handle invoicing, and upsell additional services when appropriate.
