Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Jalandhar. The Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about visa services, assisting clients with inquiries, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed call records and collaborating with the team to achieve service goals. Qualifications Proficiency in customer service and communication skills, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns effectively Ability to manage outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy Strong organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain detailed call logs Proficient in basic computer skills, including using CRM software Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet service-oriented targets Knowledge of visa processes and services is preferred Fluency in spoken English, Punjabi, and/or Hindi is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
