Backed by our partnership with Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd., we are expanding across Eastern India and building a dedicated vertical for C&I solar projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar business across Eastern India. The role involves driving high-value rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, building relationships with corporates and industries, and closing large-ticket deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for C&I projects: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Engage with industries, MSMEs, warehouses, institutions, hospitals, and commercial establishments
• Conduct techno-commercial discussions with CXOs and procurement teams
• Collaborate with internal teams for feasibility studies, site surveys, and execution support
• Represent KGDC at industry forums, trade fairs, and chamber events
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets with a profitability focus

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Electrical Equipment / Industrial Solutions
• Proven ability to close projects in the ₹50 lakh – ₹5 Cr+ range
• Strong professional network in Eastern India’s industrial clusters
• Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Tech / MBA preferred)
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and open to extensive travel

Ability to not only drive individual sales but also build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)
