Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Patna. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services and products, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves customer interaction, data entry, and following up with leads. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to excel in this position.
