Salary per annum:
20 Lakhs - 40 Lakhs (Depending on Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your primary focus is on bringing business from various clients (Telecom/Financial Services/Retail) from oniste and offshore.

Develop objectives for the call centers and operations day-to-day activities

Developing strategies to gain more banking / financial clients

Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources

Experience as business development manager , marketing head / sales head / centre head
Budgeting and tracking

Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures

Doing market research to get more clients
