Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Call Centre Executive with strong communication and counselling skills to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing student/parent enquiries through CRM, and guiding prospective students with the career pathways, courses, and institutional offerings. The ideal candidate shall be adept at using CRM software for lead tracking and conversion and should have a consultative approach to career counselling.
