Process: kotak 811 (sales process) - Telesales Location: Dhokali naka, Thane West 400607 Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Prior experience in banking sales, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage. Communication: Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory). Average English communication skills. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication). Personality Traits: Confident, energetic, and customer-focused. Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward targets and incentives. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month (in-hand).
