Call Center Head / Team Leader

Experience:

10+ years in call center operations

Location:

India (specific location can be added)

Team Size:

40–50 members

Languages:

Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities (suggested)

  • Oversee daily operations of the call center team
  • Ensure service quality and performance metrics are met
  • Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle escalations and maintain client relationships
  • Implement process improvements and reporting

Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication in Hindi and English
  • Experience managing large teams (40–50 members)
  • Knowledge of call center software and CRM systems
