Role Overview:

Call Centre Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services.
  • Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and assist clients with basic service information.
  • Maintain client records and update call details in the system.
  • Schedule appointments for senior consultants when required.
  • Build a positive client relationship through effective communication.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of calling processes (telecalling, customer support, or sales).
  • Understanding of finance/tax concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
  • Ability to work with basic computer tools (Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
