Role & responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions in the call management system.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized and empathetic approach.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and confidentiality standards.
