Call Center Executive

Location: Vasant Vihar, South Delhi (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and empathetic Call Center Executive to handle client interactions on behalf of Vakeel Saab — India’s most trusted online legal consultation platform.

Your role is to connect users with the right lawyers, guide them through the consultation packages, and ensure a smooth and respectful experience, all while upholding our mission of making legal advice accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Handle inbound and outbound calls from users seeking legal advice

2) Understand client requirements

3) Match users with suitable lawyers based on issue, language, and budget

4) Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality on every call

5) Enter accurate call notes and feedback into the system

Required Skills:

1) Fluency in Hindi and English

2) Strong communication and listening skills

3) Ability to handle users calmly and empathetically

4) Basic computer skills (CRM familiarity is a plus)

Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):

1) Proficiency in any regional language (e.g., Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu)

2) Prior legal work knowledge of the legal domain
