Provide accurate information regarding treatments, services, pricing, and doctors’ availability. Maintain a database of patient interactions and update records in the hospital management system (Zenoti). Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for patient requirements. Ensure prompt response to patient complaints or escalations and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed. Assist in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and promotional follow-ups as required. Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach in all communications. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administration of both centers ensuring smooth operations. Supervise front office, reception, patient counseling, billing, housekeeping, and facility management. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery. Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory control. Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Labour Laws, Fire Safety, Biomedical Waste, etc.) in coordination with Operations head.
