Job Title: Call Center Executive – Hospital Experience

Location: Prime Hospital, Patiala Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–2 years (Hospital/Healthcare sector preferred)

Job Summary:

Prime Hospital Patiala is seeking a dedicated Call Center Executive with prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings. The role involves handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, billing-related calls, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments, admissions, and general queries.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, OPD/IPD processes, and billing.
• Coordinate with front office, billing, and clinical teams for patient support.
• Maintain patient records and update information in hospital software systems.
• Handle insurance-related queries and assist patients with documentation.
• Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Healthcare preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in hospital call center or healthcare customer service.
• Knowledge of hospital billing software and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Accuracy in documentation and billing support.
• Ethical and professional conduct.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per hospital schedule.
