UniDoc is a leading healthcare aggregator app that connects patients with a network of over 700 clinics and hospitals across the UAE. We are focused on simplifying the healthcare experience by offering users an easy, efficient, and reliable way to book doctor appointments online.

Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative at UniDoc, candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with appointment scheduling liaising with clinics and hospitals to confirm appointments. Candidate will also be responsible for resolving concerns of the customers and take their feedback for providing superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the appointments coming on UniDoc backend.
• Confirm appointments by contacting clinics and hospitals, addressing any concerns, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and healthcare providers.
• Handle the outbound calls professionally to assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling doctor appointments.
• Provide detailed information about doctors working in partnered clinics, hospitals, doctors, and available services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Manage customer feedback, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and appointment conversion rates.
• Update the UniDoc backend as and when required
• Onboard new clinics and hospitals onto the UniDoc platform by collecting, verifying, and entering accurate information.
• Create and maintain comprehensive doctor profiles, including qualifications, specialties, consultation fees, and availability.
• Coordinate with clinics and hospitals to ensure all profiles and service offerings are up-to-date and complete.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
