Job Description

Fusion CX is looking for Call Center Jobs in Howrah | E-commerce Seller Support Hiring to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to e-commerce sellers, resolving issues and queries professionally.
Manage and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
