Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cafeteria operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Monitor food quality, stock, and inventory management.

• Manage cafeteria staff, schedules, and training.

• Maintain cost control, billing, and vendor coordination.

• Deliver a customer-friendly and efficient cafeteria experience.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (minimum requirement).

• Valid Food Handlers License (mandatory).

• Bachelors degree in food service management / hospitality management / business

management (preferred).

• Prior experience in food service/cafeteria management will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
