Kitchen Operations o Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order. o Operate and care for baking equipment. o Monitor inventory and coordinate supply needs. 5. Recipe Development & Customization o Create and improve cake recipes (sponge, fondant, themed). o Develop seasonal offerings based on market demand. 2. Baking & Decoration Oversight o Supervise baking and decoration processes. o Ensure accuracy in design, layering, and finish. 3. Team Leadership & Training o Manage and mentor junior kitchen staff. o Ensure training in hygiene and production techniques. 4. Quality Control o Conduct regular tastings and checks. o Ensure all cakes meet brand quality and aesthetic standards. 5.
