Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly, replenish condiments and utensils, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and guest spaces. Back of House (BOH) - Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Expediter Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and pancake items according to Uncle Peter's Pancakes' standardized recipes and quality standards. Kitchen Operations: Assist with inventory management, including unloading deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Quality Control: Plate dishes with attention to detail and presentation, ensuring every item meets our high-quality standards before it reaches the customer.
