Cafe Manager Role Summary Full‑time Cafe Manager to handle daily operations, staff, customer service and late‑evening closing for Brewz Coffee in BTM Layout. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day cafe operations: opening/closing, shift supervision and smooth service. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, basic HR discipline and on‑the‑job training. Ensure excellent customer service, handle feedback and resolve issues on the floor. Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales closing and basic reporting. Coordinate with vendors for milk, coffee, food items and other supplies; track inventory and shortages. Maintain hygiene, FSSAI standards and cleanliness in bar, kitchen and seating area. Support on the floor during peak hours: taking orders, serving, basic beverage support. Requirements 2–4 years’ experience in cafe/restaurant/QSR/coffee shop as supervisor or manager. Comfortable managing a small team and working hands‑on. Good communication with customers, calm under pressure, disciplined about time and cleanliness. Must be willing to work shifts between 10:30 am – 10:30 pm, including weekends and holidays (weekly off provided).
