Role Summary Full‑time fresher/entry‑level role as Cafe Staff / Trainee Barista at Brewz Coffee in BTM Layout. Key Responsibilities Assist senior baristas and manager with day‑to‑day cafe operations. Basic tasks: clearing tables, serving water and food, running orders, refilling stock, dishwashing. Help with simple beverage and food prep after training (grinding, basic brewing, plating ready items). Maintain cleanliness in bar area, kitchen, storage and customer area. Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times. Requirements 0–1 year experience; freshers welcome if serious about learning and staying long‑term. Honest, punctual, willing to work hard and learn new skills. Comfortable working shifts between 10:30 am – 10:30 pm, including weekends and holidays (weekly off provided; shifts will be rotated). Preferably staying in/around BTM Layout / HSR / JP Nagar / Jayanagar so late‑evening travel is manageable.
