Job Description

Key responsibilities Customer service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and handle any issues or complaints professionally. Food and beverage preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of items, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, pastries, and sandwiches, following cafe recipes and quality standards. Point-of-sale operations: Operate the cash register, process payments accurately (cash and card), and provide receipts. Cleaning and maintenance: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning tables, sweeping floors, washing dishes, and keeping equipment like espresso machines clean and in good working order. Stock management: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies like beans, milk, and disposable items, and assist with receiving new stock.
