Cafe Manager

The Cafe manager/asst. manager/executive in the F&B operations department in North India will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily food and beverage operations at the hotel/hostel restaurants/cafes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely food preparation, servicing, and cleanliness to offer a seamless experience for all guests. Additionally, you will be accountable for tasks such as purchasing, inventory management, accounting, and people management to achieve business goals in line with company standards. Your key responsibilities will involve understanding the hospitality industry and coordinating daily F&B operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will be expected to deliver superior food and beverage service, address customer complaints promptly, and maintain positive feedback. Managing both front and back of the house restaurant operations, scheduling work shifts, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations are also part of your role. Furthermore, you will regularly review product quality, explore new F&B vendors, and project future needs for F&B goods and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations. Optimizing operational costs, reducing waste, and generating detailed reports on revenues and expenses will be essential. Promoting the brand through local community engagement, training employees on customer service practices, and overseeing repairs, maintenance, stock keeping, and deep cleaning are additional responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree or diploma in hospitality and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, restaurant, cafe, or QSR. Extensive operational knowledge of F&B operations, excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, flexibility to relocate within northern India, and high attention to detail are key qualifications required for this role.,
